As director of a musical production with a cast of adults and children totaling just under 100, I wanted someone with experience taping theatrical productions who also had a feel for music. This is critically important in the editing process where a poor cut results in the music being out of sync with the action or worse, the photographer pans to the audience or a stationary performer during a production number. Pasha was the perfect choice because he not only had experience with a camera, but he is also a performer. He captured the feel of the show theme and knew instinctively when to zoom in for detail. We met in advance to go over my expectations, and he was most friendly and accommodating. On the night he filmed, we experienced technical problems in one scene and Pasha agreed to come film that scene another night and edit the new footage into the production. Pasha promised me nice clear videos with good closeups and that is what he delivered. Our last concert was shot very poorly by someone who claimed the result was the best we could get in low lighting and all kinds of excuses, but Pasha obviously has more skill and knows what he's doing, getting a great result that pleased everybody in the show. He's very easy-going, friendly, punctual, and delivered a good product, with a program insert in the DVD cases that I didn't even expect. He also made the video into individual clips and even mp3 clips, which made it so easy for me to post on our website and give to our singers. He did exactly what I asked him to do and gave us better work for less money, which as a new nonprofit, we greatly appreciated. We have already planned to use Pasha again for our next show, and all the ones after that. I would heartily recommend him to shoot anything you are planning to do, be it a theatrical production or anything else. Pasha has been my website and product designer for 3 years. His expertise and preciseness in his drawings of my products was outstanding. Usually when a drawing is sent without a prototype to China, there are many rounds and iterations required until the design is up to specifications. Because Pasha was intricately precise with his drawing and sizing, I was able to cut the prototyping time in half. In addition to product drawings, Pasha also designed my website.
